Singapore Autumn Pumpkin Candle Bulk Order Case
A Singapore company planned an autumn client appreciation event and staff welfare programme, and needed a warm gift for clients and employees. The brief required a pumpkin-shaped soy candle, custom logo labels, individual gift box packing and delivery before the event, with a bulk order 50pcs target and potential reorder for Malaysia and Thailand.
Client Brief and Gift Objective
The client wanted a corporate door gift that would feel seasonal and useful, not a decorative item only. They asked for eco soy wax, natural plant oil fragrance, clear corporate gift quotation and sample available before confirming the company order.
Customisation and Packing Solution
We proposed the autumn pumpkin candle with maple leaf detail, custom logo label and individual gift box. The company logo was printed on the label and outer box, and each candle was packed for easy distribution as an annual dinner souvenir Singapore and client appreciation gift.
Order Flow and Quality Control
Requirement confirmation: scent, quantity, logo file, gift box style and delivery date were confirmed for the bulk order 50pcs project.
Artwork preview: label layout and gift box mock-up were shared for approval.
Precision production and QC: wax, scent, shape, label and gift box quality were checked before packing.
Safe delivery: individual boxes were packed in protective cartons for fast bulk delivery to the Singapore event venue.
Delivery Result and Client Feedback
The candles arrived before the autumn event and were distributed to clients and staff. The natural fragrance, seasonal design and clear branding supported the campaign theme and gave recipients a useful gift for home and office spaces.
Reorder Potential for Malaysia and Thailand
After the event, the client discussed a reorder corporate gift with new logo for a Malaysia staff welfare programme and a Thailand client campaign. This case shows how a supplier with sample available support, local factory coordination and clear quotation can manage bulk corporate gift orders across Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand.
