Felt Pouch Success Case for Singapore and Malaysia;
This success case shows how a regional supplier supported a Singapore company and a Malaysia business client with custom felt pouches for annual dinner and staff welfare. The buyer needed a practical corporate door gift with company logo, two grey colour options and reliable bulk delivery across two countries.
Client Background and Gift Brief
The client planned an annual dinner in Singapore and a staff welfare program in Malaysia. They wanted a Corporate and business gift that looked warm but still fit a budget corporate gift framework. The brief included dark grey and light grey felt pouches, logo branding, Personalised cards and annual dinner souvenir Singapore delivery. The buyer requested corporate gift quotation for 300 units.
Sample and Proof Approval
The supplier provided sample available information and a logo effect preview for position and size. The client approved the proof and a Personalised card for staff recipients. Because the order was above minimum order 50pcs, the supplier confirmed wholesale price, bulk discount and fast bulk delivery options for the company order.
Production Quality and Delivery
The local factory arranged bulk production after proof approval, completed quality inspection and packed each carton by recipient group. The project was delivered on the agreed schedule for Singapore and Malaysia addresses. The supplier kept the client updated on packing and fast bulk delivery timing before the annual dinner date.
Results and Repeat Order
The client received positive feedback from staff and business partners. The felt pouch supported branding and daily brand recall. After the event, the buyer asked to reorder corporate gift with new logo for a mid-year client program and requested an updated corporate gift quotation. This case shows how a supplier can support request quotation corporate gift, company order planning and repeat bulk order delivery in Singapore, Malaysia and nearby markets.
